I stumbled on to your site tonight and it looks like you guys have some great prices.
pretty cool site too. However, I could not find exactly what I was looking for. I would
like and HJC CLX-4 helmet in metalic black/silver with the detachable mouth/nose cover.
what is you price if you do have it and I just couldn't find it? I just want the normal
clx-4 not the fuel. I don't like the grafficks on the fuel.

Your prices are fare and you have just about every thing Id want but I found Chaparral is
dollars cheaper on (so far) Nelson luggage, Do you have a walk-in store that I can come in

The website is great you
guys have a wide range of motorcycle products and the prices aren’t too bad either
but when it comes down to ordering this stuff online, forget about it. Your order
form is the most time consuming, confusing, discomfiting system I’ve seen yet.
This is coming from someone who makes 8 out of 10 purchases of the things I want or
need online. I really like this website and I’m hoping you guys will simplify
your order form. Thanx for your time and any assistance you provide in this matter
will be greatly appreciated.

First off Thank you!
Now what for? Well, somehow during my recent purchase two orders where
generated on two different days. Needless to say, that two charges where on my
credit card. This brought my stress level up a bit and caused me to question your
company. After receiving the second helmet, I called and as stated a pickup order
was initiated. Next I was told that only 8X.00 dollars was being credited to my
card, instead of the total $114.99. After explaining to the Customer Service Rep,
she had me fax a copy of my CC statement. She corrected the problem in 24 hours. The
bottom line here is though it seemed like it took forever to complete, I'm a satisfied
company. I would buy from you again and I will advise my local Goldwing Road Riders
Association how you corrected the problem. Mistakes happen, and I'm sure you get a
lot of people that buy and then want to return it. In this incident, some how I was
shipped two helmets through no mistake of my own. Again thank you for clearing up
this matter. I was very happy with my new helmet, but really had no use for 2 XL
helmets.

I'm impressed with your
website information and prices. So much so that I just placed an order with your staff.
However, my excitment was blown upon calling your 800 number. The CSR's name was
"Rin" ?. He answered the call with only a "hello". No indication of
the company name or anything to indicate were he was. I wasn't even sure I reached the
right place. He was very "cold" in his conversation and didn't seem interested
in the call. I placed the order hesitantly and only hope I receive it in a timely fashion
as promised.

I have purchased three of
your HJC- CL5 helmets. My wife and I found them very comfortable and also we like to
be able to change the visors so easily. My main concern is my wife has found out
that she has a latex allergy. She dors remember that her head did itch the first few
times she wore her helmet when new. Of course we are checking all manufacturers to see if
we can avoid any that do contain latex. We thank you for your time in researching
this for us.

I think your helmet seliction should be bigger and your prices on your suits could be
cheaper, but all in all everything was cool.

TWO WEEKS AGO I HAD A
COLLISION WITH A DEER,MY BIKE SUFFERED THE MOST DAMAGE,I RAN OFF THE ROAD AND A LARGE TREE
BRANCH CAME IN CONTACT JUST BELOW THE FACE SHIELD I TOOK A REALLY HARD HIT ,IT TOOK
ME RIGHT OFF MY BIKE AND THE DEER RAN AWAY.TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT MY HJC HELMET SAVED
MY LIFE !!!!!!!!! I DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD CONTINUE TO WEAR IT AFTER SUCH A BLOW ,I CANT
LOCATE A NEW FACE SHEILD AND I CANT AFFORD ANOTHER HELMET.I DONT EVEN KNOW THE STYLE NAME
OF MY HJC , ITS GREY WHITE BLACK AND SILVER WITH A SPIDER ON THE BACK FULL FACE.I
WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE DESIGNERS OF THIS HELMET IT SAVED MY LIFE.
