The D2 Bicycle and Action Sports Helmet is the most technically advanced helmet of its kind. Astonishingly light in weight and incredibly strong, the D2 is the perfect helmet for BMX, mountain biking, and other action sports like snowboarding. All this and looks to boot, the D2 screams performance and style.

  • 7 intake ports. Cool air fows through 2 top , 2 forehead and 3 chin intakes. Ventilation channels guide airfow past the riders head and pushes hot air out to the exhaust vents.
  • 4 exhaust vents. Hot air is released through 2 upper and 2 lower vents ensuring an even fow of cool air throughout the helmets interior.

What started out as a motocross racing teenager named Troy Lee Design painting helmets in his parents garage for his buddies, has grown to become recognized as the premier custom helmet paint shop in the world, and is the place “The World’s Fastest Racers” go when only the best will do.

What began as an innocent trip to a sushi bar and a crazy idea, turned into our Supermoto race team! Scott Russel and I were talking about it on the way to dinner one night and it sounded like fun. I called Jeremy and Wardy and we all headed off to Perris Raceway to give it a try – We loved it!



My marketing team worked hard to get the team together in record time, and we haven't stopped smiling since! Honda gave us bikes, Fun Bike Center came on board, Giant RV gave us a rig, Weekend Warrior built us a 26ft. race trailer, and Timex and PPG stepped up to support us.



I think that Supermoto is the next big thing, and right now my team is developing new products for the sport.
